I’ve got a little something special for your dessert tonight. It’s not quite a pie, it’s not really a crumble, it’s not even a cobbler. It’s everything in one and something of it’s own. I call it a Peach Crumble Tart.
You start with a biscuit base like a reverse cobbler, add a sweet peach filling like a pie, and top with crispy goodness like a crumble.
